## Who we are

- American owned, proudly made in China: Ed Hoots, an American owner-operator, runs Chengdu Beiji.
- Seattle, Shenzhen, Chengdu: Seattle handles RFQs, DFM review, and follow-up. Shenzhen does precision injection molding, mold design and build, overmolding, and assembly. Chengdu does CNC machining, fab, weld, assembly.
- Industries: semiconductors, aerospace, medical, data centers, robotics, electrical, power, construction.
- How we work: drawings and DFM, prototypes through production, DDP export logistics. RFQs from Seattle.

Founder of Sunbird Manufacturing in the US and Chengdu Beiji Precision Machinery in China. Ex-Boeing engineer with 45 years in aerospace and industrial machining, 30 of those on aviation parts that cannot fail. Originally from Seattle. Living and working in China for 18 years.
