## What do the industry pages cover?

Who we work with. Production quantity from your drawing. Industry lists are parts we have manufactured, not a catalog limit. We take drawings for anything in machining, fab, weld, mold, and assembly. Four process families: CNC machining, fabrication, injection molding, and finished assemblies. Send drawings.

## Do you only make the parts listed under each industry?

No. Those lists are parts we have manufactured. We take drawings for anything in machining, fab, weld, mold, and assembly. If it fits the published envelopes, send the drawing.

## Do you assemble finished units, or only parts?

Both. We machine, kit, and assemble complete units start to finish. Proof on the site includes a mecanum wheel, a Lo-Pro jack, valves, clamps, and fitted subassemblies. See /finished-assemblies.

## Where are the parts made?

American owned. Proudly made in China. Our global team of more than 100 personnel quotes from Seattle, molds in Shenzhen, and machines, fabricates, and welds in Chengdu. We are ISO 9001 certified, with IATF 16949 on the Shenzhen molding floor.

## Is ISO 9001 certified?

Yes. Chengdu Beiji is ISO 9001 certified with AI-augmented and optimized QA. The Shenzhen molding shop is IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015. AI assists inspection in Chengdu. It does not replace CMM or human inspection.

## Do I need an NDA before I send drawings?

No. Drawings sent for quote are treated as confidential. If your legal team wants paper, download our mutual NDA or send yours. We countersign. If your company uses DocuSign or similar, we sign in your system.

## What file types do you accept?

STEP, STP, PDF, DWG, and DXF. Drawings are preferred. We can also work from a physical sample for reverse engineering, with a drawing issued for your approval before production.

## What is the minimum order quantity?

We can produce as few as 1 piece. Cost advantages are most meaningful at 100+ units, where manufacturing savings outweigh shipping. Production runs are typically 100 to 5,000+.

## What are typical lead times?

Prototypes and first articles (1-50 units): 2-4 weeks. Production runs (100+ units): 4-8 weeks. Lead times depend on complexity, quantity, and current capacity. We give a realistic date when we quote.

## Do you handle customs and duties?

For orders over 25 kg we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations. We handle customs, duties, and import logistics. For smaller courier shipments, duties may apply. FOB Chengdu and CIF are available on request.

## What is in-house versus partner work?

In-house at Chengdu Beiji in Chengdu: CNC machining (mills, turning, Swiss), wire EDM, broaching, sawing, sheet and tube laser cutting, laser plus Stick/MIG/TIG welding, robotic weld cells, brakes, shears, punch, powder and wet spray, CMM, assembly and kitting. In-house at Chengdu Beiji in Shenzhen: precision injection molding (20 presses, 50-180 T), mold design and build, overmolding, EDM, and finished assembly. Partner network: casting, some silicone molding, and some specialty finishing. We say so when a process is partner.

## Do you claim helium leak testing or ASME?

No. We do not claim helium leak testing or ASME on this site. If a job needs those, ask. We will say what we can do and what we will not claim.

## Do you do injection molding?

Yes, in house at Chengdu Beiji's Shenzhen shop. 20 presses, 50-180 T, mold design and build (about 15 mold sets a month, 25-30 day typical cycle), overmolding, and engineering plastics including PEEK, PEI, PPS, and LCP. IATF 16949.
