RFQ forms collect the contact and files you choose to send. We use them to review and quote work.

Sunbird Manufacturing uses the RFQ form and chat widget to receive name, email, company, phone, notes, and files. Drawings are stored privately. john@sunbirdmanufacturing.com and ed@sunbirdmanufacturing.com get an email with download links so we can reply. We do not sell that information.

Chat transcripts are emailed when you ask us to send an RFQ, an NDA, or a meeting handoff.
